As the name implies, Westwood is located on the west side of Los Angeles. The area is home to the University of California Los Angeles and the UCLA Medical Center, which gives it a bustling and energetic atmosphere. A wonderful place to relax and play, the Westwood Recreation Center has a number of barbecue pits, a baseball field, basketball courts, racquetball courts, a playground and an indoor fitness center.
